It
all
started in early '06
when my
wife said I needed a hobby. Since I had worked on old cars before I
decided to do it again. On a windy day in March we left our home early
in the morning to look at a 1970 MGB GT in Baltimore. While purchasing
this car I received a voicemail from a fella in Virginia about a 1979
Midget we had discussed the prior week. Needless to say at 10:30 pm
they were both in the driveway.
In
August of '07 we had an
addition to our garage - a '65 Mustang coupe owned by my son
Bryon. It had been sitting in a friends garage for over 20 years. A two
week visit in October '07 from Florida by Bryon and with the
help
of my brother-in-law Steve had the car running
again. In August of '08
we
said goodbye to
the '70 MGB GT as room was needed in the garage and the time and money
would not be available to restore it properly. The GT found a new home
with where hopefully it will be well taken care of. This website
offers links to the information I have accumulated and an
account
in pictures of the work done on the Midget and Mustang.
